    That’s such a great achievement. Even more so, isnce I understand the book is actually complete?

    I quitted NaNo fairly early. My blog about why is going up momentarily. But the short version is that I didn’t feel ready to write the sotry, I still need to do a whole lot of research. I’m not sorry, that was the right thing to do, and I’m happy I actually started working to this story.
    Let’s see how it’ll go 🙂

    • Thank you! The rough draft is complete. NaNoWriMo helped me come up with new ideas and new connections between the characters. I still have decisions to make about how I get to the climax and who gets killed.
      I totally understand what you’re saying about research. I spent two years reading up on tall ships and pirates before I started to write Ship of Dreams.
